Pinot Noir

2016 Bacigalupi Vineyard Pinot Noir

In 2016 Russian River Valley experienced little rain throughout the year, this left us with smaller berries and fewer clusters. This increased the juice to skin ratio and packed these berries with flavor. In the glass this wine explodes with aromas of raspberry jam, black cherry, rose petals. Hints of black tea and cedar box emerge towards the finish. The pallet brings forward some lush fruit tones with strawberry characters leading the way, while apricot jam and a fig breakthrough in the background. The long lasting finish entices you for another sip while the medium to full body provides a wine that will open in your glass to share all the beauties of Russian River, from start to finish.

2016 Bucher Vineyard Pinot Noir

Great vintage that concentrated flavors and intensity. Low amounts of rain and hillside slopes forced the vines to stretch into the soil in search of water. In return this helped develop complex layers on both the nose and the pallet. The nose starts with floral and earth tones, such as wild mushrooms and forest floor, but is accompanied by some nut and spice components. While the pallet is full bodied and layered, it starts off dark, with blackberry and plum, followed by a cherry pie mid pallet and a little cinnamon, white pepper finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon

2014 Cabernet Sauvignon

In 2014 we were blessed with a stunning growing season in Sonoma County that left us with an abundance of sunshine and a prolonged hang time for the grapes on the vine. All that helped to produce this rich, lush, and bold, Cabernet Sauvignon. Full of dark fruit tones such as black currant, candied cherries, and blackberry jam, this wine has a large mouth feel with plenty of natural grape tannin to create an extremely age worthy wine! Rockpile, known for its elevation and soil content gives this wine great complexity with natural mineral tones that evolve from the first sip to the last. This wine was aged for 24 month in French oak barrels, which helped create the subtle vanilla and cocoa tones you’ll find drifting up in your glass.

Chardonnay

2016 Bacigalupi Vineyard Chardonnay

With minimal rainfall in 2016, Russian River Valley experienced a long and warm growing season which helped develop deep rich characters of pear, Gravenstein apple, honeysuckle, and chestnut on the nose. This Chardonnay possesses a mouthwatering round pallet that enchants you with honeydew mellow, passion fruit and apple pie. Towards the finish, as the wine sinks into your taste buds, it develops a citrus flare accompanied by soft mineral tones that exuberate the Russian River valley floor location of these grapes.

A Rosé created by saingée method (the French word for “bleed”) This wine come from all of our fantastic Russian River, pinot noir vineyards. The juice is taken away on the crush pad after only having contact with the skins for a short period of time. The result is the beautiful salmon color pink you see in your glass. Aromas of melon and grapefruit. A pallet of Meyer lemon and mango. A long lasting tropical fruit finish makes this wine perfect for enjoying with lunch, or sitting on the porch on a nice warm day.
